Coming to us from St. John's, Newfoundland, Ian Foster is an award-winning singer-songwriter, storyteller, composer and filmmaker whose music combines the intimacy of folk songwriting with a modern, cinematic sensibility.

His songs are thoughtful, beautifully crafted and often filled with the characters, places and stories of life on the East Coast. Ian has a rare ability to make a room feel like he's simply sitting across from you, sharing a song and a story.
